Information for Pickup, Pallet Return, and Location
Homeowner Sod Pickup
There is a $25 fee for each pallet. A pallet holds 500 square feet. If you return the pallet, the $25 will be credited back to your card! Pallets must be returned in the same year they are purchased.
Pickups are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 10:00 am. Call before 1:30pm to place your order for next day pickup. We will cut fresh that night for you to pick up the next morning.
Each pallet weighs 2500 pounds.
Desert Green Turf office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM for orders.

Homeowner Pallet Returns
Pallets are to be returned back to the farm.

- When you arrive at the farm, take a hard left into the parking lot. There will be a stack of pallets. Please place your returning pallets next to the stack.
- Take a photo of your returned pallets and text the photo to (509)350-0707 along with the name they were purchased under, the date and how many you are returning.
- Your return will be placed on our pallet return list. Returns are processed once a month and the pallet fee of $25 per pallet will be credited back to your card at that time. If you paid with cash, please text the address of where you would like the return check sent to.
- Pallets must be returned in the same year they are purchased.
