Take a hard left into the shop yard and there is a cement bay with a sign that says pallet returns. You can unload here

Pallet Return Instructions

When you arrive at the farm there will be a stack of pallets. Please place your returning pallets next to the stack.

Take a photo of your returned pallets and text the photo to (509)350-0707 along with the name they were purchased under, the date and how many you are returning.

Your return will be placed on our pallet return list. Returns are processed once a month and the pallet fee of $25 per pallet will be credited back to your card at that time. If you paid with cash, please text the address of where you would like the return check sent to.
